Within 72 business hours of completing your fingerprints, you will receive two emails from edo@services.fbi.gov:
- First email will be IDENTITY HISTORY SUMMARY REQUEST
- Please forward the ENTIRE email with your PIN NUMBER to fbirequests@printscan.com
- Please do NOT complete anything on this email, just forward the entire email
- Second email will be IDENTITY HISTORY SUMMARY REQUEST CONFIRMATION
- Please forward the ENTIRE email to fbirequests@printscan.com upon receipt
We will be unable to complete your request without these emails.
- Once we process your request, you will receive a third email from edo@services.fbi.gov with your electronic FBI results within 8 – 14 business days. if you selected a hard-copy, it will be received 7 – 10 business days after the electronic results.

I had a 6:30PM UPS deadline, I made the call at 5:30PM Michael was there within mins to notarize my paperwork for me. I can't thank him enough… for being there for me so fast and professional.
