When offering Palm Beach Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting signing agent services, we will travel to homes, businesses, hospitals or anywhere that is convenient for a borrower. Palm Beach Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting are available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, mornings, afternoons and evenings.

We do not charge a service fee if the borrower cancels within enough time to notify us.

Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art computers, phone systems, High Speed Internet for high speed downloads, and laser printers for document printing. We accept documents in all forms including E-docs and fax documents. We have a friendly and knowledgeable office staff available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. After this time, we make ourselves available 24 hours a day via cell phone. The scheduling coordinator handles all appointments, track all documents, faxes back required forms and answers all questions. Their main function is to set up and track each signing to its completion. We are always in contact with our customers, working with them to set the appointments and keeping them informed or any changes or problems that may occur with the signing.

    Our Policies

    • Verbal confirmation from customer is required to secure all appointments.
    • Credit/Debt Card payments are required at least two hours before your scheduled appointment to secure the appointment.
    • Cash payments are due at the time of your appointment before your document is notarized.
    • Appointments canceled within thirty minutes of scheduled appointment slot will result in the loss of travel fees.( The amount billed for the notarizing of the document will be refunded to you)
