First email will be IDENTITY HISTORY SUMMARY REQUEST
Please forward the ENTIRE email with your PIN NUMBER to fbirequests@printscan.com
Please do NOT complete anything on this email, just forward the entire email
Second email will be IDENTITY HISTORY SUMMARY REQUEST CONFIRMATION
Please forward the ENTIRE email to fbirequests@printscan.com upon receipt
We will be unable to complete your request without these emails.
Once we process your request, you will receive a third email from edo@services.fbi.gov with your electronic FBI results within 8 – 14 business days. if you selected a hard-copy, it will be received 7 – 10 business days after the electronic results.

I had a 6:30PM UPS deadline, I made the call at 5:30PM Michael was there within mins to notarize my paperwork for me. I can't thank him enough… for being there for me so fast and professional. The bonus of it all he felt my sense of urgency and when it was all said and done he ask "are you OK now?" that showed me not only does he give a speedy service but he actually cared about the fact I was stressed out about needing it done.
